The sound quality is better than 4 other name brand guitars I had tried. The highs are crisp, but smooth. The lows are equally as good. Most have no flaws at all and are simply closeouts. Any that had blemishes have been restored byby an expert luthier and I am careful to report as accurately as I can anything that has been refinished. They are stamped with a tiny "used" on the back of headstock to prevent dishonest dealers from selling you an instrument claiming it is warranteed. What you get is a new instrument for a fraction of the cost.
