I am relisting this for a starting auction price of $1.00.  Throughout the auction I will try to do the cleanup myself and turn this into the 9.5 to 9.7 that it should be.  It has just been played and no one has put a cloth to it for a while.  Go ahead and bid as you like and expect some new pics to show up as the auction goes along.  Best of luct to the serious bidders.  This is a limited edition model 350 JL from 1990 and it has been played without showing signs of any real significant damage.  There is one spot between the 2nd and 3rd fret on the b string where there is a bit of varnish removed less than pencil back end eraser in size otherwise keyboard perfect. The back is very clean for age and there are just a few very small indentations not through the finish that are too small to photograph.  The reason that I rate it a 9 instead of a 9.5  is that it could use a cleanup and right now I don't have time to do it myself but the finish looks a bit played.   As is it is very collectable and with just a bit of proper cleanup it would be very near mint and even more collectable.  I have checked out the electronics, action, and neck as well as frets and this one is good to go with a whole lot of life left in it and I mean a whole lot.

5/18/08 additions.  I went out and got some Zymol and cloth diapers which according to all of the Ric experts on the Ric site said will do the trick for a dirty finish and this one stands now at at least a 9.5-9.6.  These are the great points.  No belt rash whatsoever on back of guitar, finish now shines like new.  This guitar is very collectable.  Headstock is clean and dingfree as well as neck.  Action is as good as it gets, very playable. These are what I could find in the negative.  One small completely round dent on lower fin front.  Not deep and not even close to through finish.  In bright light, there are some very light pick scratches which are barely visible and noticible only when put under strong light.  One extremely small dent on back of top fin smaller than the size of a pen head and nowhere near through the finish.  One hairline scratch horizontal in the middle of the back (small and similar to miniscule pick scratches on the front.  Okay this guitar is described as much as I can describe it.  Now see new pics.  As you can see by the newer pics, this guitar doesn't resemble the guitar in the previous pics after a bit of clean up.  This one is in great shape and extremly collectable.

I am adding this because my feedback as that of many others is not currently accurate due to an overall change in feedback precedure.  My detailed ratings do not include the latest and the scores for item as described as well as others are below what they actually are.   My feedback points went down by 30 for no explainable reason except that it is a system in transition.  If you call EBAY to get this fixed you will get a recording telling you that all the dust will settle by early June but in the meantime buyers are buying on what they see and not necessarily what is correct and for that I am posting this note.  Bottom line, although my feedback is 100% it is better than what is pictured at the moment.
