made 1 month ago fiesta red fender custom shop 1956 stratocaster relic guitar in excellent condition! the weight is 7.6 pounds.the pictures do not do this baby justice, the finish is really something to look at.the fiesta red is almost like a real warm pink or salmon color.it has the fender relic treatment, but the paint is not worn off the guitar like some relics.the screws and everything metal has a nice patina on it.the only things ive done to this guitar was 1. added all the trem springs, for a variety of reasons. one reason to give you a little less wobble from the tremolo when your bending multiple strings.i also added the correct nail holes (very small) to the body , in the correct positions,like they did back in '56 . i also aged myself the volume and tone knobs as well as the pickups switch tip abit because they looked so new. the factory sticker is still over the tremolo arm hole.the neck profile is the fender custom shop "56" boat neck shape.the fretboard radius is 9.5.the frets are med jumbos.i cannot say enough good things about this guitar.it plays like butter with the 9.5 radius and those medium jumbo frets, fender is making these new relics with greater attention to detail and more player friendly attributes better than ever before.you can even get those wonderful " out of phase tones" from the pickups with the factory installed 5 position selector switch.this auction is for the fender custom shop 1956 fiesta red relic guitar, certificate of authenticity, original trem arm, original trem cover, case candy picks, and case candy guitar tools in tremolo packet.there is no case for this guitar.one negative.. there is one small ding to the end of the small horn, its hard to see.
