Shipping:

I try to ship within 24-48 hours of recieved payment on all items. A shipping notification will be e-mailed to you as soon as I ship the item(s). A tracking number will be provided for all UPS shipments. First class shipping is estimated 2-9 business days, and Priority 2-5 business days. If you have not received your item within this time frame after receiving shipping notification, please contact me first before leaving feedback.

Refund Policy:

All items are sold as is. I guarantee all item(s) to not be D.O.A. I do not give refunds on damaged items received when insurance was not purchased. Please contact me before leaving feedback and I will be happy to correct any errors made on my part. I try my best to respond to all questions and concerns. If for any reason you do not hear back from me in a reasonable amount of time, please submit your inquiries through eBay, who can serve as a middleman, in case your email isn't getting to me for some reason. (ie: AOL customers, Spam Folders)

Feedback:

I leave Positive feedback upon receipt of payment, and would appreciate the same in return after buyer has received item. Negative feedback is a LAST RESORT action that should only be taken if all options are exhausted and buyer/seller is still unhappy with a transaction. Please email me before bidding if your feedback score reads (0) or (-). I reserve the right to cancel any bidders bid if they choose to bid on any of my items without emailing me first.
