     The import line from Hamer has really blown me away!  The incredibly high quality and exacting standards that Hamer is renowned for shine through in this XT line, just as they do in their USA & Custom Shop guitars.  Hamer, once again, breaks the mold with these impressive imports.  

     A solid Ash body and five piece Maple/Bubinga neck make this lightweight Velocity 2 bass a comfortable, durable and road-worthy companion.  Honestly, it's probably the best playing and sounding bass I've had my hands on in a long while.

     The Rosewood fingerboard has a 14 1/2" radius with dot inlays.  It features two Hamer passive jazz-style pickups and four control knobs (1 volume, 1 pickup pan, 1 active bass and 1 active treble) with all chrome hardware.  It is 34" scale length.

     The supremely comfortable neck, and the tremendous versatility offered by the active electronics and pan knob combine to make a very player-friendly instrument.  The light weight is just the icing on the cake really.

Without exception, the guitar in the pictures is the one you will receive.  I personally inspect, set-up and test every guitar before listing.  If you want high quality instruments, personalized service and a dedication to your satisfaction, you have come to the right place.

All Hamer guitars and basses are brand new factory firsts.  They include warranty card, Hamer tag, guitar adjustment instruction sheet, truss rod allen wrench and guitar cord, all in the factory box.

For shipment, all guitars are de-tuned one full step, and double boxed for maximum protection.  Standard shipping is fully insured UPS Ground service (I will gladly use a faster service if you request, but additional charges will apply.)  

For international shipments, I only use UPS.  I will declare the value as the selling price of the guitar, and I will not identify it as a "gift".  Please use the shipping calculator provided.  Any taxes or duties are not included in the shipping cost, and they are the responsibility of the buyer.  Yes, UPS overseas rates can be high, but they provide a tracking number, delivery assurance,  and a real delivery timetable.
