Absolutely killer 1989 J serial  Jackson USA neck through Custom Shop Soloist with EMG's and Schaller/Jackson Floyd Rose, original Jackson hardshell case, and killer dark metallic blue paint, it rocks!  Neck through body construction yields the huge tone needed to create the sonic sustain that propels your music to the next level.  The Jackson/Schaller Floyd Rose is operating perfectly, allowing for all kinds of whammy antics while maintaining tuning stability. Arm included.  EMG active pickups round out the electronics:  a pair of EMG-SA's with an EMG-81 as shown in the pictures.  If you prefer the EMG-85 I can swap it in for you, no problem.  The pickups are governed by their own mini toggle switch, tone for single coils, tone for bridge humbucker, and a master volume.  This "old school" Jackson switching innovation allows for awesome tonal combinations of the pickups not found in lesser guitars.  Since the mini toggle assigned to each pickup is an on/off switch, you can have all 3 pickups on together, or just the neck single coil with the bridge humbucker.  Impossible to get with normally wired guitars.  Electronics are clean and 100%. There are absolutely NO PLAYING FLAWS with this Jackson. The 24 jumbo frets neck is straight, the frets are fine, no warping or bowing at all.  Plenty of life left in the jumbo wire.  The electronics are clean and all functions are 100%. Binding on neck and headstock with genuine mother of pearl sharkfin inlays on an ebony fingerboard.  This guitar is a total tone machine with great playability and the looks to go with it.  With these features you are getting a very high end Jackson guitar.  DR strings 9-42 gauge are installed.  There are some cosmetic issues:  one small nick on the top of the body's side, near the bass horn, very hard to notice, and no big whoop.  Random, minor scratches here and there, it's still in excellent condition.  Rear of neck has been sanded, and while not a pro job, it's ok.  See pics.  Some paint remains, but it's been tung oiled and this neck profile is great!  Extremely comfortable and smooth, a true Jackson "speed" neck.  Slimmer than my other Soloist listed this week.  Ultra nice, almost as good as sex, but do notice the sanded rear of the neck.  Doesn't hurt playability at all, but it's there.  Real players don't look at the back of their necks when playing, so if it bothers you, go buy that Hello Kitty Squier strat that is so popular these days.  Just make sure you get the pink one if it bothers you.  Serious rockers won't let this sanded neck be a problem!  Rear cavity plates are brushed aluminum and in great shape.  Comes with the original Jackson hard-shell case.  Step up to a rare and killer Jackson USA Custom Shop Soloist from the good old days , and do it today!  Winner must pay $40 for insured shipping to the USA.
