This guitar is ready to play.  I bought this guitar new about a year ago, and had to remove about 1/4" material from the bridge.  To lower the action above the 12th fret, to make it playable.  That's why I bought a cutaway (play above the 12th).  This is the 1st Electric/Acoustic that I've played, that didn't require an external mic.  It has a 4-band EQ, and built in tuner and sounds comparable to muvch higher priced guitars.  The guitar looks new, hasn't been played often (very low miles).  Might have slight pick marks on the pick guard, I haven't look at it with a loupe.   This is a great buy for novice to advanced player.  It has a new set of Martin Strings, and I will include an extra set of strings with purchase.  This is a buy and keep guitar, I just happen to have to many guitars, and have to liquidate a few.  I will be sorry to see this go!  A padded gig bag is included with purchase.
