Top is solid birch under the satin clear finish. Sides and Back have solid birch under mahogany stain. The 12-fret neck has a "C" profile with a bone nut width of 1 3/4". The solid maple fretboard has MOP fret markers with brass frets are nearly perfect. The neck is tight to the body and the angle is correct. The fixed bridge was hand crafted as was the bone saddle Bridge pins are old. Binding and soundhole ring are painted on. Upper bout measures 9 1/2", Lower Bout is 13 1/4", Scale is 24 7/8". Strings are new D'Addario Lights.

The sound is really, really sweet. Nice sustain. I play fingerstyle so the next player may need to adjust the action to fit their style of play. Action is 1/8" at the 12th fret with plenty of saddle left. No case but packed carefully and insured for full value.
