This is a superb little tuner! It measures 2" wide by 1.25" tall, so it will easily fit in your pocket or any gig bag. It has three tuning modes: Guitar, Bass and Chromatic. We have tested it on all kinds of instruments, including guitars, woodwinds, brass instruments and pianos, and it works great on all of them! The display is crystal clear and easy to read, turning from amber when out of tune to green when in tune. It has a vibration sensor that automatically turns on the LCD backlight when a tone is played, and it also will turn itself off after 5 minutes to save battery life.

The tuner also has a built-in microphone, so it can be used on instruments that it is not possible to use the clip-on feature with. The microphone tuning mode is as accurate as the clip-on mode.
