| Rickenbacker 360 12-String Guitar Mapleglo (Natural) with Ric-O-Sound! I have always wanted to have one of these to play in my oldies band. I bought this 2002 model a couple years back on ebay. It was in perfect condition then and it still is, except for a 1/8 inch ding that I put on it. (You will probably look for ten minutes to find it, or maybe feel it with your fingertip, so I have tried to put a picture below to show the ding. It’s in the last picture, on the top curved edge of the body where your playing arm rests, about an inch from the binding. I know, you can’t see it either. It is really minor.) I only have about two hours of total playing time on this dream guitar. Every thing works perfectly. There is no fret wear or marks of any kind, except that little ding. My band is not playing gigs together anymore, since we are all sixty years old, and right now I really need the extra cash. This guitar is so beautiful that it hurts more than I can say to actually let it go. Hopefully though, it will end up in the hands of someone who really can use it, and more importantly, appreciate it for the fantastic guitar that it is. This RIC is the most comfortable-to-hold 12-string I have ever played and the fret action is amazing. I have not had a pro setup done on this guitar, so it is possible that the action could even be improved by a really good guitar technician. The Mapleglo finish is gorgeous. Serial Number 1161 Manufactured the 11th week of 2002 This is a twelve string version of Rickenbacker’s Model 360, introduced in 1964 with 2 pickups, "Rick-O-Sound" stereo/mono output, bound back, post-1964 design with rounded top edge and no top binding, bound cat-eye soundhole, bound fingerboard with triangle inlays, "R" tailpiece. This guitar broke all the rules of traditional styling when it appeared during the British Invasion of the 1960's. Subtly updated through the years, this Deluxe hollow body with its special contour around the entire body perimeter, is still perhaps the most comfortable guitar of all. The bound body and Rosewood fingerboard, inlayed with triangular pearloid markers, provide an exceptionally attractive appearance.
