I unpack each guitar that comes into my shop,thoroughly inspect it, check the set-up, intonation, neck and, last butnot least, the tone. They are shipped DHL ground in a new box withample padding and insured for the purchase price. Please note that thepictures for guitars and accessories being sold as “newâ€� may not be theactual picture of the item being sold but a model of the exact sametype and manufacture.  Pictures of “usedâ€� guitars will always beof the actual item being sold.  We ship as soon as possible butreserve the right to completely inspect and test guitars beforeshipping.  This can sometimes lead to slight delays before ourcustomers receive our products but they can be certain the guitar willarrive ready to go and that it was carefully packaged beforeshipping.All packages will require signing upon delivery
