| This is a Gretsch 5120 guitar that has been modified. I removed the humbuckers that came with it and carefully patched the top bracing, where the cutouts for the humbuckers were, with spruce bracing to make the brace a solid piece. I then mounted a set of TV Jones pickups as they should be. On top of that I added a real gretsch pickguard. I had to drill holes on the side for it to fit. You can see the old pickguard holes on the side. This mod turned a good guitar into a great guitar. Don’t miss out on this one! USA and Canada bidders only.
