• Payment: Paypal is preferred, money orders are also accepted. Money orders will take an extra week to process. We can not accept credit card payments outside of Paypal.
• Shipping: Flat shipping rates are stated in the listings. We will ship UPS only. Shipping insurance is optional on all orders. HI, PR, GU and AK please e-mail for rates before ordering. We can not ship to PO boxes, APOs, or FPOs. We will only send tracking information upon e-mail request.
• International Shipments: Duty fees/import tax may apply. We are not aware of what these charges may be. We are not responsible for these charges. Please contact UPS international for further information. We will not ship to: Spain, Brazil, Turkey, Indonesia, Nigeria, Malaysia, Russia or Hungary
• Returns: Only accepted if you receive the item other than described in the listing and we are notified within 7 days of arrival. We will e-mail a UPS return shipping tag for the return of the item. (Please provide e-mail address) Buyer is entitled to refund or replacement upon return of the item.
• Damaged Items: Please notify us of damaged items within 7 days of delivery. We will need your phone number along with descriptions and or photos of all damaged goods. We will immediately file a UPS claim for the item. At the time UPS returns the damaged item to us buyer is entitled to refund or replacement.
