This guitar was ordered and purchased from us new back in 1987.  The owner is a collector and has taken immaculate care of this instrument.  It is actually unplayed-it still has factory dust and fuzz from the case on it.  Even has the unused factory original strings on it in excellent shape.  To say that this guitar is mint is an understatement.  100% totally clean with no issues of any sort.
