| This is an ESP LTD MH-301 electric guitar, in see through black cherry finish. I bought this guitar new in 2001 or 2002, can't remember which. It was my second guitar, and has been treated exceptionally well. I'm proud to say that there are no dings, major scratches, or chipped paint on this guitar. The guitar has the following specs (from the esp archives): Construction/Scale: Neck-thru-body, 25.5" Body: Mahogany w/ Quilted Maple Top Neck/Fretboard: 3-piece Maple/Rosewood Pickups: EMG 81 in bridge, 60 in neck (originally came w/ a set of passive EMG-HZs) Electronics: Volume,Tone, 5-way switch (originally used to coil-tap the HZs, now the three "middle" positions all simply engage both pickups) Hardware: Black Bridge: Licensed Floyd Rose Binding: Natural(body), White(neck) Frets: 24 XJ MSRP: $799 This guitar has served me well for the past 6-7 years.
