Our Policies:

• Payment Options: We prefer Paypal payment and also accept money orders/certified checks. Certified checks and money orders will take an extra 5 business days to process. No credit card payments are accepted unless through Paypal buyer credit. No personal checks are accepted.
• Shipping: We will ship via UPS only. We can not ship to APOs, FPOs, and PO boxes. Please provide street address for ALL orders. UPS ground rates are stated in the listing. AK, GU, PR and HI e-mail for shipping rates. Express rates, and tracking available e-mail upon request.
• International Shipments: Please do not e-mail for international shipping estimates. Refer to the flat rate shipping charge below. If the flat rate does not cover actual shipping costs we reserve the right to charge accordingly. We will only send tracking information upon request. Import tax may apply on international orders. We will not be responsible for import tax on orders. UPS will be able to provide more information about your area. We will not ship to: Russia, India, Brazil, Turkey, Indonesia, Nigeria, Bulgaria, Spain, Malaysia or Hungary. If you purchase from one of the previously mentioned countries we will file an unpaid item strike to retrieve our costs.
• Returns: Returns are accepted only when the item arrives not as described in the listing. We must be made aware of misrepresented item within 7 days of delivery. We will e-mail a UPS return shipping tag for the return of the item. (Please provide e-mail address) Buyer is entitled to refund or replacement when ALL original items and packaging are returned to our possession.
• Damaged Items: Please notify us of damaged items within 7 days of delivery. Provide description and or photos of all damaged goods along with a phone number. We will immediately file a UPS claim for the item. Buyer is entitled to refund or replacement when the item is back in our possession.
