Here's something you may have seen in a book, but not offered for sale:  Lot of five 3.5 x 5.5" postcards from the 1950s, promoting these Rickenbacker guitars in full color: 

• the 425 in two-tone brown (shown here with early "tin" nameplate);
• the 360F Capri MG;
• the 365 Capri FG (with long-arm Kauffman vibrato);
• another, earlier 365 Capri in two-tone brown with two knobs, two toggle switches, a straight-arm Kauffman and a long soundhole!
• Jim Reeves & the Blue Boys promo shot, featuring a 370F, a custom Rickenbacker acoustic (385?) and a 4000 bass, all in custom powder blue (later inspiring the limited "Blue-Boy" finish of recent years), plus three Rickenbacker amps (M-15, M-16, and M-23).

Cards are unused, no writing or stamps.  Backs of cards have brief spiels on the guitar pictured, plus Radio-Tel's contact info.  A must for any lover of 1950s Americana, and certainly for lovers of '50s Ricks.
