The Bottom right corner is missing a smaller piece of tolex and the top vent is cracked in the screw holes but not bad and is missing some slots in the vent plastic. No that said this amp has been tested and works fine it would be great for smaller gigs like small bars and parties. save your expensive stuff for these types of gigs and take this one.
