This is a rare Zager-modified Ovation 157 Acoustic Electric guitar with custom set up.  This is one of the easiest playing guitars we've ever had in our shop.  This guitar was set up by master guitar luthier Denny Zager from Zager & Evans.  If you've ever had the pleasure of playing one of his custom guitars you know what I'm talking about.  I've played Martin D-18, D-28, and D-35s, and also some of the best from Taylor and Gibson and they played nice...but not like this guitar

This guitar looks brand new.   It has the electronic controls built in on the side with adjustments for Bass, Mids and Highs.  Sunburst Finish, chrome plated tuners, pearl dot inlay and white binding.   The look is absolutely stunning.

Denny's retiring this year so I wouldn't doubt prices will be rising.  If it means anything I tried to find other used Zager custom guitars on Ebay to figure out where to set my reserve and I couldn't find even one...players just don't sell them.
