| Hello and thanks for looking. You are checking out a LTD 5 String "D-5" Model Bass. This is a "Factory second" model, and is stamped on the back of the neck (see photos). The reason why it is a factory second is because of the scratch on the upper horn on the top of the bass. THATS IT. nothing mechanical is wrong, nothing that effects the sound of the bass. Nothing that effects the playability of the bass. Nothing like that, just a small cosmetic blemish. THIS BASS COMES WITH THE HARDSHELL CASE PICTURED!!! Here is the story on this bass. In november 2007 i had to do a favor for a friends band in the studio and i needed a 5 string bass. So, i went to ESP in North Hollywood California, and got this guy, used it for 3 days, in a studio, then put it in its case and there it sat. It still plays fine and the neck is perfect. But thats it. Never played live. Literally played for an hour total then put away. Thats that. Seriously a sweet deal.
