This is a rare 70's lawsuit era Ibanez Silver Series Tele Deluxe. The body has a crack in the center at the bottom sides, goes all the way from the rear recess to the jack. It's stable and could be touched up to make it look alot better. For some reason the sides are factory painted black, although the exposed wood isn't plywood, I don't know why Ibanez did that but it will make it easier to cover up the rear crack. The finish on the part of the headstock and parts of the neck is comming off, doesn't afect playability or anything. The frets are still good and the neck is straight, great action. The neck has a mid C profile. Besides the extensive use the guitar really sounds and plays good. The elecrtronics work great and the pickups sound really good. Everything is original as far as I know. The guitar weighs 7.89 pounds and the nut is a 1 5/8ths. Comes with the original case which has come apart but all the latches work so you use it but it's funky.
