| Our Products | - All of our products are brand new in original boxes, factory packaged and covered by full warranty. Furthermore, items that are B Stock, refurbished or repackaged will be clearly marked in the title of the auction located at the top of the description page. Every order will receive a customer receipt from an authorized dealer for warranty purposes. International bidders, please note that MOST warranties are valid in the USA only.

| Payment | - We accept payment through PayPal. Please send payment to: wholesalebrokers@yahoo.com. On items $150.00 USD or more, PayPal users MUST have a CONFIRMED or address.

| Shipping | - We ship our items via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, as stated in the auction.
- Please note shipping costs listed in our descriptions are for buyers in the Continental USA. In the face of rising shipping expenses we still try to ship our items for free or at a nominal fee. (What we do charge is mostly for insurance) Items under $100USD are automatically insured by UPS.
- Many items are available to Canada. If you want an item shipped to another country please ask first.
- UPS DOES NOT DELIVER TO PO OR APO BOXES. If you need an item shipped to a PO or APO box, please check with us first.
- Most orders received by 3:00PM Eastern Standard Time will ship the same day, but please allow up to 3 business days for your item to ship.

| International Bidders | - Items are that are available to International bidders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail International and price includes insurance. Although this service should take only 4-10 business days please allow up to 30 days until asking to file a USPS Insurance Claim.
- THE BUYER will be responsible for all import duties/taxes if your country charges them. We do not send items declared as gifts so please do not ask. Most Warranties are only valid in the US, if you have a defective item you must pay for all shipping back to the U.S and to you again.
