Lynch GL-56 Relic CLONE

Comes with nice Fender Hard Shell Case

** If you click on ENLARGE PIC it will take you to the old auction that I bought it from. I used a few of his pix. The ones by the pool**

This is a BR custom shop built replica clone of a George Lynch GL-56 ESP Guitar. It is NOT an ESP, nor does it have ESP parts. But it does have all high quality parts intended to match the quality of the ESP model....at 1/2 the price.

The maple neck has been recut to the nice full U shape ESP design (very comfortable). The frets are Dunlop extra jumbo size, just as on the original. The frets have been leveled, crowned and dressed.  There is absolutely no fret wear. Equiped with choiceSperzel Locking Tuners and a nice graphite nut.

All of the electronics are brand new. Full sized 500k pot volume, and 2 full size 250k pots for the tones.  The switch is a genuine Fender 5-way.  The pickguard was a 3 single coil that has been hand cut, like the original, for a humbucker.  The bridge pickup is a GFS Crunchy PAF humbucker. The Neck pickup is a Dimarzio YJM, which is noise cancelling, and the middle is a Kent Armstrong.  All three of the pickups are awesome!!!  Read the reviews for all of them at harmony-central.com.  The tremolo is from a MIM Fender. The intonation is perfect.

The solid alder body has a relic job that is better than the original!! It has dings, and the paint has been sanded.  It has been dirtied up and oiled in all of the right places!! Breath taking!!

This guitar is one sweet player.  It has very low action.  Great sustain and harmonics are awesome....just plug in and you get instant Lynch tone.

I bought this guitar because I've wanted a real one since the day it came out, and after I saw Lynch playing it. This one is easily as cool as the real ESP's I've seen/played in person. I hate to sell this so soon after I bought it, but I'm not working this minute and just can't afford it right now (selling a few others in other auctions). No dissapointments. It's pure Lynch!!

This video has nothing to do with the guitar I am selling, but I just thought you'de like to be inspired:
