Fender American Vintage 1957 Reissue StratocasterV013340 Custom color Vintage White! Guitar is 100% original and in fantastic shape! This is a very early Fender American Vintage Reissue and has the original thin body contours of the fullerton guitars. Neck has 3-23-87 written in pencil on the butt. The pots are stamped R1378635, denoting they were made the 35th week of 1986. Serial number stamped on neckplate is V013340. The original thin Vintage White finish is very clean. This guitar has been gently played through its life so it is not mint. There are a few dings on the body, all have the finish still intact. One the back there is a larger linear ding that is about 1 inch long. The nitro finish is still intact, no wood is showing. There is some finish that has chipped away near the corners of the neckplate. In total, this finish on this guitar has a few blemishes, but it is a very nice looking guitar. The this nitro finish on the neck is in fantastic condition. There is a small burn on the top part of the headstock from a cigarette. There are also a few small little dings on the back of the headstock, these are all very small and do ot go down into the wood. Decal is on top of the finish, just like it should be. The little square decal has a tiny smudge in it. Frets have a very small amount of wear from normal playing. This is very minor and you must look closely to even see this. Underneath the guard is 100% original untouched solder on the pots. The guitar has the 5 way switch installed. Neck has 3-23-87 written in pencil on the butt. The pots are stamped R1378635, denoting they were made the 35th week of 1986. Serial number stamped on neckplate is V013340. Comes with original Fender tweed case with red interior, original manual, original tremolo arm, and original ashtray cover. Guitar weighs 7lbs 8oz.
