FYI: I am selling ten of the best bolt-on guitars ever made. Why? Because I have 22 hooks and nearly forty guitars, and I hate keeping guitars in cases. Most of these are going because they are Gibson-scale, and I'm only keeping one of those (an Aria Pro II TA-60 --- one of many Matsumoku beauties I am both keeping and selling). The others I would never sell except for lack of hooks. Every one is personally set up for optimized action, and most are going to challenge anything you have for top dog. If you like how one looks, I guarantee you will get incredible value for your money. THE BEEF ON THIS ONE: One of the reasons Matsumoku-made Aria Pro IIs are my favorite non-pure-Strat marque (Kramer Focus Classics are my favorite Strats (basically ESP 400 Series with better bodies and headstocks)) is that, besides making the best necks, besides appreciating versatility, besides being among the first in many things, and besides making incredible pickups, they had an incredible eye for design. Sometimes other brands' :). This 1976 (first year, basically, for the Aria Pro II brand) Les Paul copy is not only gorgeous, but plays and sounds incredible --- much better in every category than any of the many Les Pauls I have had, except that of course it doesn't have the "pure" PAF tone that we have all been conditioned to love. Instead it has great Matsumoku tone, which is just as rich. These are particularly nice pickups, and they're bound in a neat original set of split covers. The guitar, though black from most angles, is actually a deep, barely discernible midnight blue, which makes the gold hardware look even better. There are two significant mars: one is a smash (pictured) thanks to my son, and the other a finish crack (pictured). Otherwise it looks new; even the hardware looks unused, at least for a 32 year-old axe. Fab. OHSC, included.
Paypal only, please. Shipping will be $45 to the lower 48, TBD elsewhere. I will ship to USA, Canada, EU, Japan and Australia. No zero or evil feedback, please. Guitar is sold 'as is', so please ask questions before bidding. THANK YOU, BIDDERS!!! Happy ebaying, all!!!!
