TOKAI SPRINGY SOUND 42 STRAT "SUNBURST" For auction is a Tokai Springy Sound 42 Stratocaster. Guitar is in excellent condition with typical play wear and dings for an early 80's guitar. Beautiful playability, neck is straight and true and electronics are all functional. These guitars are a great value and less than half the price of similar USA made Fender guitars of the same build in materials and quality. Sen Ash tone wood, maple neck and beautiful tri-burst finish. Tokai Strat bridge, Crocodile tuners, tremolo plate is missing on the back of the guitar. The chrome on the heel plate is peeling but didn't want to change because it bears the serial #. Odd because of the great condition of the rest of the guitar. Guitar comes in original tokai gig bag.
