If you choose the 1st Class shipping option, be aware that I CAN NOT offer Tracking or Insurance and because of this, WILL NOT be responsible for lost or damaged packages. By choosing 1st Class Mail Service, you agree to assume all responsibility for any package that does not arrive at it's destination. The only thing I can provide in the event of a lost or damaged package is a scanned copy of the postal receipt that only shows the customs ID number, date of transaction and country of destination ... this is not a trackable number. No refunds will be given for lost or damaged packages if you choose 1st Class Mail Service . I offer 1st Class Service as an inexpensive alternative. If you need better assurance, please choose Priority or Express Mail service and purchase insurance.
