What a gem this 1994 Taylor 612C is. Features include Grand Concert body, solid Spruce top, solid Maple back and sides, Pearl leaf inlays and gold tuners. This guitar is nearly flawless. There is not a ding or mark anywhere on the body. The pick guard has some very, very light scratches on it and the finish on the neck is fading slightly (rub ware) from playing. There are a couple of very small minute dents on the neck that you can’t really feel unless you rub your finger over it very gently and are only noticeable if you look very closely. I assume these are from a capo. Again these are so minor that I doubt most people would even bother to mention them. Overall it’s in extraordinary condition for a guitar 14 years old. It has been played as evident by the neck ware, but at the same time it has obviously been treated with great respect.

This Taylor 612C sounds as good as it looks. It rings like a bell and has one of the most balance and sweetest tones I have ever heard. Not long ago I was in my local guitar store and I played a few of the new Taylor’s. In my opinion the tone of this one sounds even better than the new ones.

When you receive this guitar take it out of the case, examine it closely, and play if for a while. If you do not love it then I don’t want you to keep it. Just repackage it the same way you received it. Ship it back to me fully insured. Upon my inspection, if the guitar is in the exact same condition, as when it shipped, I will refund your money, including the shipping cost to you. However, will have to pay for the shipping and insurance cost back to me. You will have three days after signed receipt to notify me of your intent to return the guitar and one extra day to provide me with the return tracking number. After 3 days (72 hours) if have not heard from you our transaction is final. I almost forgot about the case. It’s the original hard shell case and the outside is showing its age. The inside is fine and I would say overall its in fair condition. It’s a 5-latch design with all of the latches and hinges working just fine.
