You are looking at a gorgeous example of a natural finish Custom 22. This finish is quite rare and truly stunning; pictures cannot do this guitar justice! You cannot tell this is an 11 year old instrument, it has been well cared for!

Finish:
-Natural finish, flame-maple top ***Not a marked "10 Top"; according to the Blue Book of Electric Guitars, 8th Ed, the 10 Top option did not come out until 1998...so perhaps this one didn't get the marking it deserved. I know many PRS guitars prior to '98 had 10 top markings, but according to the Blue Book it wasn't a factory option, along with the artist package, until 1998. That's all I know to say on the matter...this guitar is stunning...and you can see from the pictures, which don't even do it justice, that the top is highly flamed throughout.

Blemishes / Cosmetics:
-Fantastic condition for an 11 year old instrument
-Guitar shows light play-wear and only a few small blemishes appear on the back.
-The top of the guitar is 9.9/10;  free from any dents or dings, only a few light play-marks that have to be seen up close in direct light
-The worst blemish on the guitar is a place on the neck near the 13th fret (see pictures) where the clear-coat bubbled a little. This does NOT affect playability and truly is the worst mark on the guitar.

Neck / Frets:
-WIDE/THIN profile
-Neck is straight, frets are in good condition
-The guitar hasn't been set-up in a while and could use a little tweaking, in my opinion, but it plays just fine as is. Set-up is a preference of the player :-)
-The neck has a few light marks aside from the clear-coat bubble mentioned above. Again, nothing that affects playability, just the normal things a guitar gets over 11 years of being played.

Hardware / Tuning:
-All factory hardware with the exception of Dunlop Straplocks that have been added (the strap buttons are included). Not using strap locks on a guitar of this caliber is an accident waiting to happen, this guitar is safe-and-sound!
-PRS locking tuners work properly
-Tremolo bridge with trem-bar included

Electronics:
-PRS Dragon I pickups! These are the most coveted of PRS pickups. If you don't believe me, look at closed auction values for Dragon I pickups versus others...these are the pickups players are after! This guitar sounds hands down better than any other CU-22 I have owned (I have had 3 CU22's with Dragon II pickups).
-5-Way selector system...unbelievable tones. This guitar does it all...Les Paul sounds, Strat Sounds and everything in between!

Case / Accessories:
-PRS Hardshell Case is included, in great condition
-Original trem-bar is included along with Dunlop straplock buttons
-No paperwork / hangtag, sorry!
