Return Policy
At GearTree, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your shopping experience and your gear. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we allow you the option to return most eBay auction items for credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Refunds on auctions are subject to a 15% restocking fee. In certain instances, where an item shows wear or product packaging is missing or destroyed, a restocking fee may be applied. When returning a product, please follow the return instructions we give you carefully to help avoid restocking fees. Used gear and other items are not returnable for health, copyright or other reasons. No returns on merchandise where trade-ins are involved. Returns must include all original items and packaging.

When will my order ship?
Packages ship from our warehouse every business day (Monday - Friday) excluding national holidays.
Orders received before 2:00pm EST ship the same day. Occasionally, some circumstances may prevent this.

When will my I receive my order?
Ground delivery times to the East coast are generally 2-3 business days.
Ground delivery times to the West coast are generally 4-5 business days.
Express shipping is available as an option during the checkout process.
Saturday delivery is not standard, but is a service we offer for an additional charge.

We will NOT ship outside the United States under any circumstance.
